Terms & Conditions

Last updated 24 June 2026

Welcome to PitchGo. By creating an account or using PitchGo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Who we are

PitchGo is a UK-based platform that connects market organisers with stallholders. We help organisers list markets and stallholders discover and apply for pitches.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or over to use PitchGo.
  • Keep your login details secure — you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • The information you provide (profile, stall details, market listings) must be accurate.

Using the service

  • Don't post anything unlawful, misleading, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights.
  • Don't scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.
  • Organisers are responsible for their own market terms, fees and permissions.
  • Stallholders are responsible for their own trading, insurance and certifications.

Bookings & payments

Contracts for pitches are between the organiser and the stallholder. PitchGo is not a party to that contract. When payments are processed through the platform, they may be handled by a third-party provider — those payments are subject to the provider's terms in addition to ours.

Content you post

You keep ownership of the content you upload (photos, descriptions, etc.). You grant PitchGo a licence to host and display it so the service can function.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts other users at risk. You can close your account at any time from your account settings.

Liability

PitchGo is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses arising from missed bookings, cancelled events, or disputes between organisers and stallholders.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we'll let you know in the app or by email before they take effect.
