You're in control of the data PitchGo holds about you. Here's what we store and how to manage it.
What we store about you
- Your account: email, role, and an encrypted password.
- Your profile: business name, stall category, region, photos and any certifications you upload.
- Your activity: markets you posted or applied to, messages and applications.
Manage your data in the app
- Update your details from Account.
- Reset your password from the sign-in screen.
- Delete a market or application from its detail page.
Export your data
Want a copy of everything we hold about you? Email privacy@pitchgo.app from your account email and we'll send it within 30 days.
Delete your account
You can close your account from Account. We'll remove or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we need to keep records for legal or safety reasons.
Cookies & tracking
PitchGo uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We don't run third-party advertising trackers.
