Privacy Policy — PitchGo

This policy explains what personal information PitchGo collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account info: name, email, role (stallholder or organiser), and password.
Profile info: business name, stall category, location, photos, certifications you choose to upload.
Activity: markets you post or apply to, messages, and applications.
Technical info: basic device, browser and log data to keep the service secure.

Why we use it

To run your account and let you use PitchGo features.
To match stallholders with relevant markets in their region and category.
To keep the service safe, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
To send essential service emails (sign-in, password reset, important updates).

What other users can see

Your stallholder or organiser profile is visible to other signed-in users so the platform can do its job. Don't put anything in your public profile you wouldn't want other users to see.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run PitchGo (for example: hosting, database, email and, where used, payments). They process data on our instructions.

Where your data lives

PitchGo runs on Lovable Cloud (Supabase) infrastructure. Some providers may process data outside the UK; when they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is active. When you delete your account we remove or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we need to keep records for legal or safety reasons.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

Access — get a copy of your data.
Correct — fix anything that's wrong.
Delete — close your account and have your data removed.
Object or restrict — limit how we use it.
Complain — contact the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you're unhappy with our response.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.

Children

PitchGo is not for under-18s.
