Refund Policy

Last updated 24 June 2026

This page explains how the PitchGo free trial works and when refunds are available. We've tried to keep it short and clear.

7-day free trial

  • Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial from the day you subscribe.
  • You can use all features included in your plan during the trial.
  • You can cancel any time during the trial from Billing — you won't be charged.

What happens after the trial

If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your plan automatically becomes a paid subscription and we charge the card on file. We'll send a reminder email before the trial ends so you have time to decide.

Our refund rule

We do not offer refunds if you fail to cancel within the 7-day free trial. Once the trial ends and the first paid period is billed, that payment — and any subsequent renewals — are non-refundable, including for unused time in the billing period.

You can still cancel at any point after the trial. Your plan will stay active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.

Exceptions

We will issue a refund where:

  • You were charged due to a clear billing error on our side (for example, double-charging).
  • UK consumer law requires us to — for instance, where the service was not provided as described.

How to cancel

  • Go to Billing in your account.
  • Tap "Cancel subscription" and follow the prompts.
  • You'll get an email confirmation once the cancellation is processed.

How to request a refund (in the exceptional cases above)

Email billing@pitchgo.app from the email on your PitchGo account with the date of the charge and a short description. We'll respond within 5 working days.

Changes

We may update this policy. Any changes apply to subscriptions started after the update — they won't change the terms of a trial already in progress.

This page is maintained by the PitchGo team and may be updated. It is template wording — replace with your own approved policy before relying on it as a legal document.
